I can barely write about this without feeling sick, you see… I drank too much kombucha and it wasn’t pretty! I also felt constantly like I had a nervous upset stomach. With flavoring such as fruit, lemon, herbs or ginger, it will probably taste even better. My booch brews for 5-7 days and is great. Hopefully that doesnt put you off brewing kombucha. If your system is very sensitive kombucha might bring on symptoms of an upset stomach... etc.. Seems a little long with almost a guarantee of getting a very nice vinegar.
